Cogsmoo provides software solutions and digital services including, but not limited to: web design, digital transformation, marketing, SEO, digital business cards (Your ID), account management (Accounts), CRM, and related tools.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of our services for maintenance, improvement, or legal reasons. We will try to notify you before material changes that affect you.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use our services. If under 18, you need parental or guardian consent.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Submit fraudulent, spam, harmful, or privacy-invasive content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or other users’ accounts.
• Copy, reverse-engineer, or exploit our services beyond permitted use.
• Use our services to harm infrastructure or other users’ experience.

If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or another provider, you are also subject to that provider’s terms and policies. Cogsmoo is not responsible for third-party services or policies.

How we collect and use data from social sign-in is described in our Privacy Policy.

Our website, apps, brand, logos, and content we provide are owned by Cogsmoo or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

You retain ownership of content you create in our services. You grant Cogsmoo a limited license to store, display, and process that content to provide the service to you.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, Cogsmoo disclaims implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Cogsmoo is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of our services, except where law requires otherwise.

You may stop using our services at any time and request account deletion per our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or for security or legal reasons.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; otherwise, courts in Vietnam have jurisdiction.
