Some Cogsmoo apps let you sign in with Google or Facebook. When you choose this option, we receive basic profile information from that provider (typically name, email, and profile picture) to create or link your Cogsmoo account.

We never access your Google or Facebook password. Data received from Google is used only to provide and improve our services and is not sold to third parties. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google or Facebook in app settings or via your Google/Facebook security settings. Disconnecting may affect your ability to sign in with that method.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only when necessary with:

• Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) to operate our services.
• Google and Meta when you choose to sign in with those accounts (subject to their policies).
• Authorities when required by applicable law.

Cogsmoo services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you are a parent and believe your child provided information, contact hi@cogsmoo.com and we will delete it.
